problem with sentinel 2.2.0 - eidted: not 2.3.0

I had on my site sentinel 2.1.3 and it worked fine but i've desided to uprade to 2.3.0. So i've uploaded files and run install script, and everything was ok. And the main problem is i can't access my administration. I am using firefox and it sas that cookies are blocked. In opera i get time out.
Anyone know what is this ?

Please read the requirements for 2.2.0 (not 2.3.0). It requires that you have Chatserv's patchs (v2.9) installed. If not, then you will have to make other modifications that are described elsewhere in the forum.
