free and premium downloads

Hello, my name is Milla and I am new here. My site is (http://www.sims-style.com) about the sims 2 game and offer free downloads and registration.
I'd like to have free registration and pay registration trough ibill. And free users must have permission to download only free things and pay users free and premium things. How can I do that? Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, thank you for your reply. Before I write here I search a little for something that can help me, and I find NukeRoyal. After description it's just perfect for me. But for moment I can't afford it right now. I find paypal nuke or something like this. But paypal so not accept my country, so I can't use it.
Reason why I want to have half pay , half free site is that I need some money to pay hosting and I need many other things to make this site better.
Do you think I can find something for free that can help me?

in right of picture, something like that: picture is left and this things in right. Not under. Can you help me please? Because I try to do that but it's not working for me.

All I get is 'you are trying to access a restricted area' - can you supply a link for a download that does not require registration?

Still the same restriction for me. I may try later when I get home as I am at work at the moment and do not have email access to register.
