Sentinel problem...

Sentinel attempt to ban me when try to access to the
Users Groups control panel,
NSNgroups admin control panel,
NSNgroups modules
and when I try to save Nuke Sentinel General Settings (only if I set the .htaccess path in the form)

my sistem is recently updated to phpnuke7.4 patched 2.9
my version of nsngroups is 1.6.4 and sentinel 2.2.0pl1

the message reported on a blank page is

I can't understand why
can someone help me?

what is the query string sent to you on the NukeSentinel email?

Sentinel dont send me any email...
the only output is the blank page with the message...

The site seems to work well, the functionality of nsngroups continue to work perfectly, and sentinel work too (it send me email for others abuses), but the problem stop me the access to these links...

What is the relationship between Users Groups control panel and NSNgroups admin control panel?
