Scrolling User Info Block

I am looking for a User Info Block that has avatar, logout link, security code, and a scrolling who's online. I am starting a game ladder site and will have alot of members on at one time.

I would highly recommend using Raven's UserInfo block for a couple of reasons.

First and foremost, if you are going to have 8 or more users online, you really want to avoid a scrolling block that will need to be browser reloaded for each page. The marquee function really kills page load times and thus it's terrible for who's online data. It just slows everything down and given this data is dynamic, that's the last thing you want. Having it no scroll makes a big performance difference.
