Now that my users can register, I might as well figure what is wrong with the rest of my site. Smile Bang Head

I use to have the security settings on six (admin and new users only). I tried having it on seven, but they weren't appearing when my user tried to log-in using the block. That was a problem, so I just left it at six then. Everything was working fine until my host decided it would be a good idea to play with the server.

That is how my registration mail stopped being sent out and why there is now a long post about the subject a couple threads down. (He didn't have it configured to be sent out to other servers, AND he didn't have it configured to send out scripts. He needs to change the upload_max_filesize, too.)

Now, I am not seeing any graphics check. I changed it to zero since nothing seems to be appearing at severn or six. I don't know what is wrong. I used analyze.php. It says,

GD Library Information Extension Status

So, how do I load it? I am using the Site Info block from here now. I love it. Thanks for all the help so far.

Is there a download to set-up a graphics check on downloads in the downloads module? Exactly like you do here with the letters.

All depends. If you're using a mass webhoster, contact 'tech support' and have them install/enable the GD extensions. You usually can't do it yourself unless you're running a dedicated server, VPS, or whatever.

If you do have root access, install the GD library in Apache and recompile...

Can you tell me how to load the library? What library do I need? My host has no idea how to do it, so I need help telling him what I need.

Fixed it easy. I got rid of the old host, and I am moving up to paid hosting.

Now thats what I call a great fix!
I was a bit concerned to read in the previous post that the hosting service didnt know how to install the GD library so I think you have made an excellent decision there.
