Hi

Please first let me apologise, I wouldnt normally email with problems but
I have an urgent issue with sentinel.

I have trawled the site forums, and google but I am yet to find a solution and it is getting pretty urgent.

Basically I installed sentinel but forgot to visit the admin.php before running the nsnst.php.

This gave me issues where I was banned if I tried to access the modadmins, none of the admin options in the admin.php file were available to me, they just returned me to the admin.php if I attempted to access them and I also have the error message Illegal Access Detected!! in the top corner of the admin.php.

I dropped the tables, removed all the files and decided to restart the
installation, after reuploading the files I went to the admin.php and the
message 'Illegal Access Detected!!' was back again.

The tables have not been installed to the database as I have not run the nsnst.php for the 2nd time.

I am also having issues with the .htaccess file because I when enabled I am unable to access the admin.php with any login details including the God admin login.

I am running nuke 7.5 and nukesentinel 2.3.0

I realise you are busy but I would appreciate any help you can offer me.

Many Thanks

Rob

Update: This is a copy of an email I sent to Raven, upon his advice I installed the 3.0b patches and then re-installed Sentinel (I removed all of sentinels files and tables before updating the nuke) but I am still having the same problem.

I also have .htaccess disabled because I could not access admin at all with it.

Thanks

errors in admin menu page are tipically generated by a module you have installed that doesn't work correctly... are you sure to have patched all correctly?

Yes everything was patched correctly, and I am doubtful that it was a module error as there were no problems before the installation of Sentinel.

Reference this thread, especially the next to the last post at the bottom where I detail the process http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/postx5701-0-0.html
