Strange Admin problem

Ok heres a new one on me. I just installed the 7.0 and when I log in admin panel and click on any admin section it kicks me back to the admin login and logs me out. Any ideas?

Make sure that your MySQL parameters are correct in config.php. Also, flush your cache and delete your cookies.
