NSN Groups Blocks and Modules problem

I have NSN Groups 760 installed with phpnuke 7.6 3.0. I also have CNB Your Account, NukeSeninel 71-77 and NSN News 750 installed.

For some reason I can not add modules or blocks to groups. I did all the file mods.

Groups are working ok with the forums.

What should I look for?
