Sommaire admin problem

I have phpnuke 6.9. Sommaire admin was working fine. I went to add a link from the admin and it wouldn't display any admin functions. All it shows is a blank screen. I have checked the "known" bugs for sommaire admin such as
wysiwyg, admin secure, and shoutbox. I don't have these installed. It was
working fine and then just stopped. Any ideas to check? Thanks!

You say you went to add a link. Add a link where? Can you remove whatever it is you tried? Are there any errors in your server error log?

I was going to add an external link to the sommaire menu. I wasn't able to because the
admin page is blank. I turned on debug mode in sql__layer.php but didn't see
any problems when trying to use the sommaire admin page.

Hi did anybody find a answer to this problem ?
I have almost the same problem in sommaire admin except i can see all my links but as i scroll down to the bottom of the page everything is missing ie:every thing under the last link witch is a spare blank link...

save fucntion
layout ect...

This problem just occured after months of using it.

What version of sommaire are you using? Did you upgrade it recently? Did you run the sql file for the upgrade? Are you using googletap?

Hi im using version 2.1 i dont have google tap or tried to upgrade it.

i just went to add an external link scrolled down and that was the first i noticed the page was half missing including the footer of the page ?

i cant think of any change i have made what could have caused this. I have run database tests and there was a problem there with sommaire so i repaired the database but the problem has not gone away ?

Download a newer version and make sure everything is uploaded. Follow the upgrade instructions.

i have reinstalled the original html files to the root folder that made no difference

i have installed v2.11 html folders to the root as a upgrade and all this done was made all the border lines dissapere (would i need to also run the sql script again for the upgrade ? i belive not) and would upgrading help fix my problem ?

Make sure that all your admin files get uploaded too.

Read the instructions. It will let you know if you need to run the upgrade script.

If memory serves you will need to run that script.
