Well with the destruction of nuke plat it looks like i'm back to square 1 for my game guild site lol. I was curious if there is a normal php nuke version that can use the same forums that phpnuke plat does? Is there a porter or something to do it? I was also curious about the shopping cart system that it uses if that can also be used with a phpnuke version. Thanks for the info in advance.

There is no "normal" version of nuke that has the same features. There are other projects that will come close. I am currently working on one myself which the basic beta version will be released in the comming weeks.

You could if you wanted to downloaded "normal" nuke and add all the mods you want to it.

The shopping cart that was used in PNP is a project that is currently in limbo I guess as I have seen NSN release anything new (HINT HINT). But it is possible to use it on standard nuke if you can find a download for it. Though personally I would suggest using something else as there are better modules out there.

Yeah, it's looking like i'm going to have to take a nuke version down and add what I need to it. I was trying to avoid that as it's such a time consuming pain in the ass lol. As for the cart I bascially use that for the game so members can "order" items from a treasury and the one included was very easy to edit the "money" part out. Though I am not averse to using a differant module for that as long as it's easy to use. What I really wanted to use was the differant style forums but I wasn't sure if those could be ported into a standard nuke backend or not.
