All Blocks disapperared

well poop,

one of my web masters tried to install a block and when he did ALL of the blocks on my site dissappeared.....went to the admin panel and all of them were still active but not visible any ideas to help?

Deactivate that block.

its not showing up in the panel

Then remove the file from the blocks folder.

restored the block DB all is good now
