I am just wondering where I can reset the counter for the site?

I have found where to reset the statistics but can't find where the IP_tracking and the Ravens User Info block is getting the information on the counter.

Just truncate/empty the 4 stats tables. As to IP_tracking, my guess would be to truncate/empty that table also.
