Can I be N00b for once? lol ... patches and fixes date

well except for the fact that I have to dutchify some stuff but that's something else. It says "up-to-date as of 11/27/2005" I know :p

My question:

Can I ignore all and I mean ALL fixes, updates, patches and whatever else from before 11/27/2005 and just go on from the date 11/28/2005?
