downgrading from 7.8 to 7.6 help

Hi
My web site is built on 7.8
i have 2 problems
1-when i click on "read more" the page frozes
2-i can't add any reviwes

so i decided to downgrade to 7.6

i used the downgrader script
it says i should upload 7.6 files

i did

am i missing anything?
cause the problems are remaining

for me the runs ok,no freezing or whatever...but the reviews is a bit messed up with the modules file..make sure the upload the 7.6 versions as well..

when you click on "read more..." at any of an article(news) what do you see?
doesn't the page seems to remain?

secondly,yes,i am really sure that i have uploaded all 7.6 files

well you must have forgot something cause the white page only shows if the module defines is messed up somewhere,meaning the first few lines you see in the reviews index.php
Its weird that only the reviews mod does that.
I suggest you delete the reviews mod and then upload the reviews 7.6 version again...

And as for the articles,i do see the proper read more link ,page ,article etc....nothing wrong.
but maybe its a good idea to clean your internet history ...

but how will i delete review module and upload?just delet from ftp?should i do anything more special?

but the page is messed up when i "click" on "read more".4-5 of my friends checked the links at different pcs so i don't think it is a private problem of mine

Well that works perfectly...
And by deleting the reviews mod i mean on your server yes...
Then upload it again to your server,naturaly the RIGHT version....

I have checked and rechecked the website you have mentioned ie. www.fsrunway.it. This is sad:( Iam trying to downgrade my phpnuke 7.9 to 7.6 like so many helpers have instructed. But i still don't know why your site is not working.

Can anybody tell me the step by step downgrading from phpnuke 7.9 to 7.6 starting from downloading the scripts to the end. I have many websites to downgrade becoz my websites are stucked in phpnuke 7.9 and 7.8 like they are in hell.!

the downgrading procedure is mentioned a thousand times by now on the forums..
use the search function please...
