Your_Account blank page

A few of the users on our site cant login properly. Once their name and password are typed and login clicked they are taken to Your_Account page but the page is blank. No errors are shown on the page. Any ideas??? Please

Is this really the version you are using Raven's v7.3 Customized Distro? Did this just start happening? If so, what have you done since it was working?

i'm having a problem when trying to use the Point all nuke links to forum registration and edit profile from

i get a blank page too =/
i am using chatserv 3.1 only
