Looking for some help with a fixed background image

Hi hi,

I have been trying to do a fixed background image for a website. We are using a modified 3-D Fantasy theme and I have added a line to the theme.php under the function themeheader that modifies the existing echo line removing the bgcolor property and adding this instead background=\"images/back.gif\" bgproperties=\"fixed\".

The problem I am running into is that all the spaces between the tables still fill with white. I've been trying to code it so that it fills instead with the picture. I had one person tell me to modify the blocks, header, left_center, and right_center html files but have had little luck modifying them. I've seen some amazing things for changes but not what I'm looking for. Anyone else done anything like such?

and you could also try tables.php in your theme.

Hmmmm. If this where any other website of ours I would give it to yah but for security reasons I can't hand yah "the key". I'll be happy to post the code for the files but because this is a business and not entirely mine I can't do such.

well your background between the design is white so thats simple enough.
just go and look for the color white (FFFFFF) inside your theme files.
probably within your tables.

The best thing that you can do is to take one of the staff here up on the offer to login and look at your files. We in the business of helping others have been given the "key" to hundreds of websites. We have never hacked any of them. IT would be bad for business, lol. IF you won't give access then please do as hit mentioned and good luck to you. We hope that you get it working as you like. Regardless of who "owns" the site with you, if you are really stuck, you should take the offers at hand. You might be shocked at how quickly your issues are resolved. Hello there, I am new to these boards. I am Neveryll's wife and co developer on the site he mentioned above.

While I understand there can be trust when allowing your staff into our f.tp. We are not the only ones who are in this bussiness. As well, the others would rather we not allow anyone else into the site itself. Please don't think that we do not trust you, but we do have to differ to the others.

That being said, if there are any files or code you need us to dig up, please let us know. I will try and mess with the tables some later this evening. I think at this point our site is very close to launch.

Thank you all for your help. I hope that in the future I have more time to become part of your great community. I don't know a ton about php, but I love to learn and help people out where I can!
