colours and backgrounds

ok i have set up a site for a band i know and have needed to modify a theme so i can add the bacground picture and change the font colour on the foot notes and copyright but have came into a majour problem

How the <expletive edited by Guardian> do i do it ?
ok i have managed to get the background picture in but it is wrong
it repeats and i solid i need the picture to fill the screen once and "follow the page down"

and the font needs to be this colour (hex:#FF0300 RGB:255,3,0) now how do i edit the theme.php file to do this
erm it may help you lot if i give you the theme i am ripping apart "Slash Ocean" and the site is this http://scarecrowhill.bravocomputers.co.uk this is the test site before i actualy launch the site for the band's fans
so if you have seen the site you should notice that the background pic is coppied atleast 4 times and that is not what i want
just one full size aghhhh!!!

oh also and may be off topic but how do i stop posesed right mouse clickers from nickin the pics (sometging i herd of by a m8 is that you can disable it??)

Thanks all i shouldnt say this but this is Urgent that i can get this sorted ASAP as now it is costing me money!!!!!!!!!

I edited out the expletive in your subject line and the one within your post body.
I can understand you may be frustrated with what you are trying to accomplish but the use of expletives will not get you help any quicker - quite the contrary in fact.

Don't forget to check the themes css file Wink
