the first time I downloaded this i received a corrupt file.
I downloaded a new one and my install went fine.

But i don't pretend to know, I'm just telling you what happened to me.

JuanW, try as quickthrottle has suggested, but if that does not work, let us know, please, which version of mySQL you are running on. Thx.

It just means you have the error level of PHP all the way up. If you turn it down to surpress Notice errors, it should work fine
