Hi

Im using php nuke 7.6 with senitel and 3.1 pach.

Just recently i ahve recived e-maiul that a lot of people from canada cant connect to my site.

When they type in the URL this messege comes up

" You are using an Invalid IP to access this site! "

What could this be

I have talked to some of the people that have this problem and they are using DSL or CABLE connection and can conect to other php nuke sites but not to mine

does anybody know what could be the problem....

Did you check the Sentinel bans for their IP?

yes but it's not one IP it's about 50 People from diffrent parts of the world

Odd - is this with the latest version of Sentinel? Did you turn on flood blocking.. if so, it is buggy and you should disable it.

where can I find that mode is it in the nuke senitel i dont want to mess with it a lot

Not sure what else it could be, maybe a firewall issue?
