phpbb and raven 7.6 distro

I am pretty sure I have seen the ability to edit the Forum Faq's somewhere, maybe it was in another distribution. Is that ability an add on to phpbb or should I see that in my admin forum control panel?

Well the contents comes from :
forum-faq-bbcode.html

And shows only :

case 'bbcode':
$lang_file = 'lang_bbcode';
$l_title = $lang['BBCode_guide'];
break;

And all can be found in :
modules/Forums/language/lang_english/
lang_bbcode.php
lang_faq.php

ok I understand what you are saying. I think in the past distribution there was a 'Front End' plug in that allowed you to edit the information in the FAQ through the site. You're saying just edit the php files, don't know why I didn't think of that.
