How to get the right hand blocks

I just installed the latest 2.0x distro and for some strange reason, i can't get the right hand blocks to appear. Is there a file that needs to be edited? I know "right" is enabled in the blocks

are you using a theme from the ravens distro or your own ?

i was using one i had elsewhere. I did like the Fisubice but it has Ravens logo on it and i was looking for a blank logo. Thats why i didnt use it

did you try this in the theme your using ?

In your theme.php find:

if ($index == 1) {

and change to:

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

Also make sure that your modules have define('INDEX_FILE', true); if you want the right blocks to appear.

This has been addressed many, many times before in these forums. Also take a look at the PatchLevel3.1_Docs folder in the distribution as I believe this is covered there on how to make a theme show the right blocks.
