Shuttin off Nuke Sentinel

Is there a quick way to turn Sentinel on and off to test modules and blocks?

I want to check my downloads blocks. When I am logged in as Admin and I add the downloads for the downloads block. It will not take and won't show anything in the downloads section.

Remove the NukeSentinel include from the mainfile.php...

Or just comment it out for an easy undo:
