Site Info block not linking to Sam Spade

When I click on someone's IP address, it used to link to Sam Spade. Recently, when I click it, it says "cannot find server - page cannot be displayed". Any ideas?

I'd change the lookup url from samspade to something else like
http://network-tools.com/default.asp?host=
SamSpades site is always being flagged/blocked as to many queries by arins ect...
