confused about NukeSentinel(tm) 2.4.2pl6 70-79 Upgrade

So confusing not sure exactly what I need to do
i did The fix Listed in the link below

i have 2.4.2pl5
with rwsRavenNuke76_v2.02.02_FULL

wahat do i need to upgrade to

And be sure to do the database updates.

All current settings (block ranges, admins, etc) will remain intact?

is the correct description of the upgrade package. I often copy and paste the descriptions and this time forgot to correct it to a 2.4.2x upgrade pack.

Yes, all your settings will remain intact and as they are before the upgrade. It is primarily code fixes although I did add the sql to clear the recently released iana ranges to the installer. Still this will not affect your settings.
