Ok, First I installd PHP nuke Platinum, got this error
Warning: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' conflicts with 'zlib output compression' in /home/u3/**/**/html/mainfile.php on line 88
** - Names removed

Got the same error when I just installd RavenNuke
That error shows up at the top of the screen, and everything still functions except the forum admin. Can this be fixed?

Also, I tried with Nukeplatinum and couldent get it to work, tables were to difrent, But can I import my phpbb forum database into ravennuke?

you can unban yourself through your database. Remove your ip from the banned tables and your htaccess file if you had Sentinel setup to write there.

ok I just removed
} elseif ($phpver > '4.0' && isset($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING']) && !empty($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING'])) {
if (strstr($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING'], 'gzip')) {
if (extension_loaded('zlib')) {
$do_gzip_compress = false;
ob_start(array('ob_gzhandler',5));
ob_implicit_flush(0);
if (ereg("MSIE", $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'])) {
header('Content-Encoding: gzip');
}
}
}

and the error went away and the forum works. will having this removed screw anything else up?

I think you could have turned that off in the Forum configuration screen? Sorry, just going on memory and it isn't what it used to be... Laughing

I have never seen this issue before. What browser were you using? By chance did it work with any other browsers?

I must not have the particular extension installed for my browser...

Uughh, unfortunately, I have not seen this before and am not a gzip compression "wiz". You might want to hit up Evaders99 and see if he has seen this before.

well so fare, sence I removed that segment of code I have had no problems.
Only problems Im seeing now is people with IE having issues in the forum from it trying to load the header again, and IE will not overlook it.
