Anyone know where I can find code specific to either php or .css for transparent image support in Internet Explorer?

I've spent a fair amount of time on the net messing with both .php and .css hacks but haven't found one that actually shows the transparency as it should. This isn't an image problem because most other browsers view fine, this is due to IE's lack of support for image tranparencies.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, heres a few of the many links I've been messing with:

If possible, I'd love to use a .css or .php solution.

I'm having a tremendous amount of difficulty trying to find resolution to this issue so I'm trying a few things in various areas of my cms to see if I can come up with a decent solution.

So far, I've managed to get the alphaimageloader to recognize that it needs to address the images but it allows the crap image to pre-load and then deletes it entirely as the rest of the page loads.

If I find a solution I'll be sure to post it here.
