Need a little help......

A few weeks ago my site was hacked.

Since the hack I have noticed that my pages indexed have dropped dramatically. (from over 11k to 75 now)

I gave this a few weeks, cause the site had to be shut down for a day or two.
Now I am thinking that maybe there is something in my site or database that is being used to spam thus penalizing my site for such.

My question, since I'm rather new to this, is there something, anyone out there that could help me analyse my site and find the problem if there is one? and if so where?

It would be worth checking your news articles and reviews comments to see if they have been spammed.

Reviews isn't active and nothing in news articles

Then you are left with checking every page manually - sorry.
It may just be that other sites simply have more 'relevancy' or you are being penalised for having lots of duplicated content.
