How do I change Newsletter Subscription Default?

How do I change Newsletter Subscription Default from "No" to "Yes" ?

Where, what and how do I do an edit to accomplish this?

I am running Nuke 7.6/3.1 patched and am just using the PHPNuke Newsletter no special or additional newsletter modules.

PS Never Mind I found the Fix...here it is for any others who want to change it...

Go to modules/your_account/index.php and find this:
