I have a PHP-Nuke on my website. I own the website. I had someone else setup the PHP-Nuke for me. He has given me the admin password for the God and everytime that I try to logon for the Administartive Panel. I can get that far, but when I try to edit one of the things, for example the Shout Box. After I click on shout box it says that I have been banned and then a couple of minutes later I get an email that says that someone on my website has been banned. Of course that ban is me. We have the Nuke Sentinal thing on the website. Is there a way for the admin to put me on a NON-Ban list so that it will not ban me?

Thanks for your help.

To sum it all up: is there a way to do an exception list for IP so that they don't get banned or something of that nature?

Yes, you can setup a protected IP address that will prevent you from being banned.

And also is there a way to do this from phpmyadmin or an FTP site?

The following is an invaluable source of NS information, although it is a few releases behind. Your question is answered in the manual:

Sorry. To set up a protected IP address, go into your admin page, then into NukeSentinel admin. Selected the Protected Range menu, then add protected range.

Then specify your IP address in the from and to IP addresses (not you can also protect entire countries, but I wouldn't advise that).

You could do this in phpMyAdmin, but you'd need to know the table for storing the protected ranges (I couldn't tell you off the top of my head).

If you are blocked at the server level, you might need to edit your .htaccess file to remove your blocked IP.
