Better new block - searched sorry if its been said

alright again guys/gals

im looking for a news block that work a bit better than the current one i have.

i believe its nsn news (but im not sure) came pre installed

anyways that really doesnt matter -

the current one allows me to truncate to 255 chars

which is great its almost what i want

but is there a way to display a pic with the 255 chars - im looking for something a bit like this

see how there news at the top is like a paragrath and a pic

something like that would be great
