Ok guys I have tried almost everything recommended and I had it working great but now it decided to stop working on me since I installed a new theme. I do not understand why it did it because I have installed themes before with no problems. GD is installed and working properly so I really have no clue on what to do now. It's to the point where I can't even log in to my site as an admin! Please help me so I can use my site again. Thanks in advance! Cool

If it works with other themes then it seems this is theme related in this instance.
As a temporary solution, change the security image setting in config.php to 0 - this should stop nuke displaying the image code.

... then I would change your default theme back to one that works and take off the other theme (so users cannot select it) until you can find a fix for it.

It is strange to me, because I cannot remember the security code check as being theme related, so that puzzles me a bit, but one never knows.

It *shouldn't* be theme related (I was thinking about this after the post was made) but as the only reported change was uploading a new theme, who knows lol
If the theme had custom blocks it is possible the block files use old code or the theme may somehow be reassigning the variables that it uses.

I have seen some really weird stuff being used in some themes Sad
