It could be the firewall you are using?

Well I am using a ISA 2k3 here and at my home I am using a PIX 515e and it happens at both location. With one being software and the other hardware kinda of seems funny. Or do you mean the firewall the webhost is behind? The host is a colo server I have in TX and this only happens on one of my sites and I have done a fresh reinstall of raven nuke.

You cannot use HTTP Referrers with NukeSentinel 2.4.2 pl6+ (I have to guess on the pl# a bit) due to tightening down on having "http" in the query string. It was tightened down to help stop a wave of hack attempts against the forums a few months ago.

Someone may have posted a hack here regarding that, but I cannot find it at the moment.

Personally, I just check every once in a while in my cpanel's tools for web statistics (which includes a referrers list) for this functionality.

Thanks a million for the heads up! I will start using my own web statistics as you are to get around this.

As an aside, you should be able to access the http referer section in nuke admin without any problems.
It is only if you then click on any of the links presented that should cause the banning problem for the reasons Montego outlined.
The site I tested this on is not using the very latest versions but it would be nice if you could confirm my theory.
