when I log in it says: There are no Administrators Accounts yet, proceeed to create the Super User:
I try doing this and then I get the regular admin login screen. When I try login from there I get again the first screen with: There are no Administrators Accounts yet, proceeed to create the Super User:

If I may to further strengthen hitwalkers statements. These errors are actually on the root level and have nothing to do with anything you yourself should have been able to access. If this is the case and the host didnt do any updating of the mysql database, Then I would think that it wasnt you but the host itself that got hacked.
Also ask your host how he sets his upgrades for cpanel scripts and server scripts. Reason being is that it is possible to set the updates to virtually untested scripts to stay "on top" of "updates".
Any host that does this places his clients site at risk. CPanel has always made some quality scripts but they make available scripts that have not truly been tested to those host so eager but as I previously stated, this risks clients sites.
I have one rule for hosts, 3- strikes and your out.
Basically your site cannot be updated and that is slowing down the process for a working site, please for your users sake, dont let this happen 3 times.
and I completely agree with hitwalker.
And a small sudjestion, Raven offers some very quality grade hosting. |
