My apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I was wondering if it was possible to make a form output to a url.

Here is an example of what I want to do

FormField1 Hello
Formfield2 How are you
Formfield3 thanks

on submit the form would go to this url

http://www.sitename.com/api.jsp?FormField1=hello&formfield2=Howareyou&formfield3=thanks

I have very limited php knowledge but just wanted to know if this is possible

In the parameters you need to use
method="get"
