Urgent - Linux Undelete

Urgent - files were deleted from my linux server making it inoperative. (It was completely my fault). I still have some of the backups, but not of the the entire system itself.

I need to know if you've found anything for linux to undelete files. I've tried the ex2fs thing but I can't get it to compile.

Arg this drive isn't even ex2fs partitions, its xfs Sad

I think I'm outta luck
