Exclude (Rumania) IP for user

hi
i got a Admin/moderator that has moved to rumania and i pressume its sentinel that is blocking him.(blocked country) tried the Exclude way to geting him in but this does`nt work. the only way he can get in is to use a program that hides his IP which works only for 1 day.

Which NukeSentinel version are you using?

Have you blocked any countries or loaded the IP2Country database?

well i have`nt blocked any countries as i dont fully understand it
i have put in the exclude range 89.36.236.200 89.36.236.240 which includes his IP

i deleted the harvesters that where blocked accept one hacker for sure Very Happy

is this what you ment kguske

Check your Blocked Ranges to make sure that range isn't there

What does the block message say? Is it blocked by NukeSentinel or by the server? If it's blocked by the server, check your .htaccess file for the IP.

cleared all from the .htaccess file and i believe he get empty site but i will find out for sure
when he comes in msn

That's very strange... Maybe if he clears his browser cache and removes cookies... If he isn't getting a blocked message or redirected, it could be a problem on his end - or a problem with a DNS somewhere in between. Ask him if he can ping your site.

That looks like a NukeSentinel error message. Some have reported problems with NukeSentinel if they did not load the IP2Country database.

yep working on that now , will this sort his problem though ? he deleted what you sudgested above no change

he tried the ping and this is the result , but still cant access the site

Did you load the IP2Country database? Several have reported that it must be loaded or certain users will experience something like you mentioned.

IP2C shows up in sentinel site.com/admin.php / sentinel/ i2c
