Is there a nuke how to, not what you think

Is there a nuke how to module or faq? I am not talking about the php nuke manual that is floating everywhere I am talking about something that will explain to the users of the site how to do various things, registration, profile management, news submission, something like the forum how to that comes with the forum section. I am looking for something that would prevent having to populate the current faq system with this info one by one.

There is a book (Raven reviewed it and I believe there is an article here) and, of course, Raven's own troubleshooting Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login!. But the HowTo covers quite a bit...
