My issue: Raven's site barely loads on my home isp connection. Load times can take minutes for one page. This only occurs on my home ISP Cavtel.net ; Cavalier Telephone DSL. This problem replicates on all 3 computers on that network and occurs on both IE and Firefox. I've tried turning off anti virus / firewalls etc to test the slow loads but nothing seems to affect it. No other Nuke site (including my own) replicates this circumstance.
I've done trace routes to ravenphpscripts and a few other sites for comparison and there is no observable difference. No other website or traffic experiences this kind of delay.
Any ideas where to look next? Thanks |

Does this happens all the time ? I have really noticed the opposite since a few weeks and I´m a daily guest. |

24/7 unfortunately. Same laptop on different connections (work and elsewhere) it loads normally. It's been going on for proabably for the last couple months. Again I understand it doesn't make any sense but I sure can't isolate a reason for it. Cavtel is a smaller phone company so I doubt I'll get anyone else on the same service to verify it. |

Are you on a dial up service?
Hard for me to tell as I have a high speed connection but its rare for me to have slow load times here even when the sites is busy. |

No, it is DSL, there's something goofy going on since it is only this site, and no others. The only thing I haven't cut out of the picture is my router, but I can't imagine why it would bog down on just one site. |

Thanks, last step is to replace the router now, since I'm away from home and pulling down the site are a "normal" speed on the same computer. It still perplexes me that it only happens on this site. |
