help needed with hover forum topic mod.

I am trying to add the mod form nukeseo for the forum hover module.

The instructions say:

I have no such file, or am I looking in the wrong place. I think I have looked in every folder.

You can also put that in your includes/javascript.php

The header is now at
includes/custom_files/custom_head.php

Create this file if not there

Ok, could you tell me what to put into that file please? Just the one line that is mentioned in the instructions?

Yes put that line between the starting <? and ?> tags
