Need Block Written for PHP-Nuke - Willing to Pay (paypal)

Hello, I am looking for someone to write a block for me to use on a couple of my websites. I am willing to pay for the block via paypal. I don't think it would be a major programming job, but since I do not know PHP or Nuke very well, I don't know for sure.

What I am trying to do...

I would like to offer my users a block on my website that will host graphic images for them (like sigs and avatars). They would use the block to upload their image and then it would give them the link for the image for them to us.

For security reasons, the images will not be stored on the same hosting that the main site is on, instead, it will use seperate hosting with a seperate domain name to store the images on. I would assume that it would probably require two parts to the script. One as the block that will be hosted on the site, and the second as a seperate script that will be located on the other hosting to receive the images.

I would like for it to create a directory based on the users name on the website and store their images inside there. I would also like it so that I can set restrictions like a user is not allowed anymore then 5mb of storage space, individual images can be no more then 250k in size and images can only have the .png, .jpg, .gif, etc. extensions.

These are just examples of how I would like this to be set up. If anyone out there can do this for me. Please PM me on this website and we can discuss this farther. I don't think this would be too difficult to do, but not sure since I do not know very much at all about PHP and PHP Nuke. Thanks for your time...

Well there's a bunch of image galleries with upload capabilities. That would give you some features, but probably not the per user restrictions you want. There is also the built in phpBB upload avatars feature, but it doesn't allow more than one.

If its on a different host, where is the user data coming from?

The user data would be passed from the website when they upload their information.

I do not want to use those modules or the phpbb capabilities because the images would then be stored on the main website. For security reasons, I do not want that.
