Do any of you know of a good site were i can go to get someone to do work on my nuke site. I need a contractor that will do the work right now. thanks. Wink

thats right it can be anything.

i didn't say "do you know of any good nuke contractor sites that can do just one thing." the last time i checked, work was work.

thats what i'm trying to tell you hitwalker. i dont want someone who specializes in one thing, I want someone whos knows how to do most things.

show me a site thats worth hiring a coder from, that only knows how to do a few things really well and i'll show you a site that wont be in business for more then a month.

Are you looking for someone to build you a site? Maintain a site? Just general this and that?

Most of the folks that are regulars here do some outside work. (Including Me) It is according to what you are looking for. Ongoing maintance can be expensive. Install or customize that MOD is no big deal.

Tell us a little more about what you want and we will try to point you in the right direction.

hitwalker, the last time i asked for help on evaders site was months ago.
and I ended up doing that work myself. I asked chatserv who does work for me about ten days ago and he said he would get back to me but he had computer problems, so i then asked Raven and he said he would probably take a look tomorrow and that was six days ago. so five days ago i asked evaders if he could do the work and he said he would take a look ASAP and its been five days since we spoke. you see what im getting at.

all i would like is a place were i can go and get a quote and simply have the work done on a time schedule and not when someone has free time.

its not like i'm asking for someone to do the work for free and the work is probably very simple for someone with chatserv,gaylen,or evaders99 knowledge level.

Exactly. most of us, including myself work everyday on websites for customers. We do however need a bit of an idea of the work that will be needed. Then we can offer our services to those who seek it. If you could provide a bit more information we could help you better. Thanks

well pushing things isnt gonna help either.
there arent many coders around that have a lot of time,the same persons have also their work in doing support on sites as well.

and now we have a bunch of posts here,its requested by myself,by dawg,and by jaded and still you haven't said what needs to be done.

so dj do you do contract work as well. as i know next to nothing about php & apache, i do however know all there is to know about running game servers and i'm starting up an GSP this month so i'm sure i'll need more work.
