What are the things you need to do? What is the first steps? I have a great candidate for this but don't know how to proceed.

I have not done this, but if I was to, I would compare the standalone phpBB code to the BBtoNuke code and try to find all the right edits to make. Not sure what else to tell you.

I´m using some mods made for phpBB and there is often no difference in the code only the database table /präfix is different and because I run a multilingual website I need to change the code theoretical in the different language files too so that every user get the same results in French,English and German.
The best thing is to follow the instructions step by step and always make a backup.
