Is it possible to set the newsletter up so an admin other than god can access it?

You should be able to go into "Edit Admin" in your main Nuke administration screen, click on the Jr. Admin's nic and check or uncheck any of the modules you want them to have administrative access to.

If for some reason the deafult newsletter module isn't showing the screen mentioned above, try montego's HTML Newsletter. It shows when I'm editing my jr admin's module permissions.

If the administation icon/link is in the Administration Menu part of the ACP page, then you must be a super admin to see / use it. However, if it is a Module Administration portion, then you can set up admins and have them only have which modules to admin.

That is just the way PHP-Nuke works.

... uuughh... sorry, meant to confirm that HTML Newsletter has its own administration function, so you can allow certain admins access without giving them super user capabilities.
