error when "send journal to friend"

didn't see this listed yet,

When I clicked on send journal to friend got this error

the form to send did pop up, which I filled out, but after 10 min have not receved an email about journal.

p.s. did get email so that is working

So its working but is just displaying those two notice errors on the page?
