I am trying to install Jinzora2 as a standalone on one of my sites. When I try to access the install function, I get a blank screen.
I have installed Jinzora2 many times as standalone and as a module of PHPNuke, never had this problem before.
The only thing difference is that I have NukeSentinel now, so I was wondering if that would cause a blank page when trying to access the install function? I am trying to think of everything
...:::could just be because I am blonde, but I would like to rule other things out first::::..... |

That was the first thing I did.... no luck there. I have to see if it has anything to do with the new host I am using.

They are getting a blank page after the install. Most because they do not perform the install correctly or they do not chmod the files they need to. I can't even get to the first page of the install
I have installed Jinzora many times before, this is the first time with this problem. This is the first time installing this version though. |

I said maybe the Host because now I am going though the process of elimination.
Supposedly, the files I have downloaded, others have been downloading and using for a few months now. I looked at some of the files, they look fine as far as I can tell, comparing them to a cvs version.

Sometimes a file can be corrupted or not all the files get FTP'd to the server. Some FTP clients can be a bit "finiky". Never can hurt to Re-FTP the whole shootin' match to rule that out. There is a parse error somewhere... possibly... you might want to check your Apache error log too for "clues". |

I get it before the install. Suppose to go to jinzora2/index.php and that starts the install process, but I get a blank screen. I even tried to access the install itself, but still get a blank screen. |

I just installed it. Although i didnt have the right file types or playlists, got it to work but get blank pages after trying to view all or any files/play lists(perhaps because my file was incorrect). I agree with montego and hitwalker. Do you meet the requirements? its prob just ftp error, try filezilla. |

As we are off topic now, I think we better take this to the Jinzora forum, I don't want the Raven forum police to get angry with me
