Showing blocked screen but not blocking after upgrading

I was using Ravennuke 2.02.02 and saw that there was a newer version / upgrade. NukeSentinel[tm] v2.5.05 dated jan 30 2007 in the download section. So I installed it and tested it bij evoking a script blocking. It shows the blocked page but it doesn't ad the ip to the database. When I switch back to the old sentinal files (by changing the the includes folder to it's original state) it DOES write the ip to the database. So what's going on here ? Question

Are you trying to upgrade directly to v2.5.05?

RN 2.02.02 uses NS 2.4.2 pl9 if I remember rightly. Therefore I believe to upgrade you will need to do this incrementally and run the upgrade script for each individual version.

Also have you checked to make sure all the file edits are correct, there may have been some changes, so it's worth checking that.

Thanks, I will try some more. I read that there will come a newer version of Sentinal in the comming days.. Is it possible to install that version instead of upgrading, upgrading etc

I believe you will still need to upgrade one version at a time.
