NukeTreasury 1.1.1 IPN Error

I've searched around the forums, and I've not really found anything helpful to me.

The thing is, I've just installed NukeTreasury 1.1.1 and it seems to be working fine. I can transfer funds and such, but there is just one little thing... the IPN logging. When I click the "click here to test IPN" I get the following error:

FAILED to connect to PayPAl

Can anyone give a chap a hand with this?
I saw somewhere that it might be my hosts that have disabled fsockopen(). Is there some way I can test this, short of asking them?

Welcome to RavensPHPScripts.
I'm not sure why you didnt ask this on the site (mine) you downloaded the script from but as Raven has taken over future development of Nuke Treasury your in good hands here.
It would seem from the error that it is indeed possible your host has disabled fsocketopen. You might want to drop them an email and ask them to confirm that is the case.

I didn't ask there, because I have no idea where I actually got it. I've had it lying around along with 1.0 and 1.1 for about 2 months now from when I was module hunting for my site =-)

Yep, that was the cause.
My hosts had firewalled paypal for some reason, so now everything works fine =-)
