Im sure its something simple, but I installed sommaire_parametrable_v211 and everything was working fine until the Modules Administration gave me this error: You can't access this file directly... several modules icons are not showing up in admin area and I can not edit anything in the admin section. I reinstalled my admin files, that didn't work. I removed sommaire and deleted the 2 database entries for it, still the same problem. Any ideas??? Thank you.

Problem solved. It was an inactive module that had a bug. I deleted it and presto it works.

Well, Montego, I've got a similar problem. I just upgraded from nuke 7.1 to RN 2.10. I can't get sommaire menu to work, I set it in Blocks admin, the page reloads after I click the button but no sommaire menu block shows. I understand you have sommaire with RN 2.10, how'd you do it? Also my old modules don't show in Modules admin, is there some code they need to have? In addition when I try to change the modules that do show, Forums etc., from All Visitors to Registered Users Only the page reloads after I click the button but the module is still set to All Visitors.

I use the 3.0 Beta version that is in my downloads on my site and it works just fine. (This does not have the XHTML compliant block however - no time to release.)

Ah, this is a problem with the incompatibilities with how module administration changed starting with 7.5. You may have to figure out how to tweak these older modules to work with 7.5+. There are many threads here I imagine which discuss this. RavenNuke(tm) is 7.6 at its "core", so that is why you are probably experiencing some of these issues.

This one sounds like an incompatibility in your table structure. You may need to compare an empty fresh install of 2.10 to what you have for the nuke_modules table.

OK. Thanks, Montego, I'll check out this tomorrow. Right now I have bigger problems- everytime I go to my admin and click any link, Blocks, Nukesentinel, I get banned again lol It started a bit ago when I tried to enable my site as an experiment to see if I could set blocks like sommaire, as soon as I clicked Save in NS Configuration I got banned... I unbanned my IP in phpmyadmin and went back to admin and got banned again and went back to phpmyadmin to unban my IP, removing it from .hta ccess too, and on and on. I can't seem to click anything in admin w/o getting my Akaching! kicked off my own site. How do I find a hi and lo for my IP so I can put my IP in Protected Ranges? Mad

You can check what your IP is by going here: http://whatismyip.com/

The whole banning thing is usually solved by clearing your cookies and make sure that you do not go to anything other than http://yourdomain/admin.php to start off with.

I'll do that. It made me feel like tossing my cookies alright. I need to check if I'm still banned then I'll get back to the trivial stuff like dumping 1,400 articles into mysql.

Yeah your provider probably uses dynamic ip's. Are they in the same range though?

Hopefully Montego's suggestion fixed it. Smile
