Ah yes, the joys of learning new things.

I was messing around in my site since I have freshly installed ravennuke, and was having issues remembering my god account password. Ah ha! Not a problem, I have admin rights (it is my site) and I just created a new super user. Well thats fine, but now I have two member names that are close and I really want to use my God account. Ok, no worries, I will just edit the password of the God account.

So now I am banned staring at phpmyadmin and having no freakin clue what to do with the table nsnst_blocked_ips

I can not find any IP's in it, but really do not even know how to look in it. I am a real noob when it comes to this stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, where will the .htaccess write to? I have searched every .htaccess but can find no IP.....

Signed,
*lost in phpmyadmin hell*

In phpMyAdmin, go to the nsnst_blocked_ips table and hit Browse. You should see your IP in one of the rows, if so delete that entry.

It should be writing to the .htaccess in your Nuke root, if you had it configured properly in Sentinel

I have just had the same problem and did as described here, but after I deleted my IP from phpmyadmin I got an error message but I don't know what it means. Seems I can now access my site again, but I would be grateful if someone could tell me what this error is and how to fix it?

Error
SQL query:

SELECT *
FROM

MySQL said:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1

Thanks for any help Smile

It looks like you accidentally hit the delete button more than once. If the data has been deleted then I wouldn't worry about it.

Greetings folks,

I highly recommend this snippet of info be added to the FAQa page. Took me a while to find it in the forums.

jlajax, it actually already is...

http://www.ravenphpscripts.com/faq-5-.html#56

With nuke, there are actually several ways to present FAQs. The FAQ module, which is what I have just pointed you to, and then trying to do the same with forum posts.

Raven also addresses where to look first before posting in his Only registered users can see links on this board! Get registered or login! post.

I must have missed it and I thought I had looked.
