i saw some youtube vid on doomsdays very interesting. something will happen when the solor planet alig itself in a stright line this will cause the earth plate to move like north pole will shift to the east. Something like east meet west LOL

Some believe that this could be the half-way point in the Tribulation when all hell breaks loose.... literally.

But, no one knows the day nor the hour... Wink

BTW, it is also interesting that Scripture also says that Christ will return to the earth (for his millennial reign) during the generation which sees the rebirth of Israel as a nation (1968 anyone?). A generation within the Bible is either 40, 50 or 70 years. (Hhhhmmm... Daniel's 70th week...hhhhmmmm...). 40 and 50 have already passed. 70 years would be 2018, back off 7 for the Tribulation... hhhhmmmm.... 2011.... So, who knows? That is why "no one knows the day nor the hour"... but, its all interesting (and exciting) nonetheless.

That is quite interesting because it is about the same time that a polar flip might might occur. Our planets magnetic poles have been gradually losing their magnetism and it is predicted that around the time you mention, the magnetic polarities of our poles may well flip - not a good day out if you are travelling by boat or plan that relies on geo-magnetic compasses rather than satellite navigation.
Some scientists have said they believe that such a polar flip might have caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.

And, who is to say that all these GPS satellites are going to work after this event? If it could affect the Earth to the point of flipping magnetism, will ANYTHING made of electronics work after that?

My personal belief is that they still have to because during the tribulational times, it is said in the Bible that Moses and Elijah will come back to evangelize the Jews (and the world) and that they will be seen around the world in an instant. Sure sounds like either satellite tv or internet video streaming to me.... Wink

We will all die thats a matter of fact but its just good that nobody knows the exact date and how. However, currently I believe the most of us will die of hunger.

Actually that's not exactly correct. According to the Old Testament, Enoch and Elijah were take to heaven w/o dying. They are a "type/figure" of the rapture of Christ's true church, His bride. The New Testament is very clear that the second coming of Christ for His church (the rapture) will be like a thief in the night - you will be caught off guard as you know not the day nor the hour. There will be a great shout from Michael the Arch-Angel an the trumpet will sound. At that moment all the believers in Christ who are both alive and remain and they that have died the first death (physical) will be transformed in a twinkling of an eye from there physical body into their new heavenly body and will forever reign with Christ.

The only doomsday i know in 2011 is Windows v7
For the rest i don't think about it. I might be dead tomorrow by an explosion or a car. I might die in 2011 as you say or i die at the age of 90.
In all cases i:
- drank beer
- had sex
- have smoked weed
- drove an very expensive car
- had fun on the internet
- learned a lot
- met people all over the world

Its more that i think about the children that didn't get these pleasures yet.
So to me its more important to help and support the kids then to egotrip about my death

I think this is a rehash of the 5/5/2005 where all the planets were aligned or something - rumor was that Einstein predicted the poles would flip, etc.

It's about time for a global refresh anyway isn't it, I mean if you go for the hundreds of millions of years approach.

I heard a guy once speak on the tribulation - a controversial topic for many theologians that deals with whether the Rapture (where those who believe in Christ are taken up / called away) occurs before or after seven years of shall we say really bad days (chronicled in the fictional series "Left Behind" and in the book of Revelations) - at one point he was asked if he was pre-trib or post-trib. His response makes me laugh (nervously) to this day.

"Neither - I am PRO trib. Hey man, I'm all for it, I think we ought to have one. At least then we will know who the serious players are. . "

Alway's interesting subject....

I also folowed it aloth and came accros aloth of theorie's and predictions.

One of it where that was calculated in either 2011 or 2012 some planets would make a cross(sign) in space however the bottom of the cross i didnt see.

There is a special (java script) software what is able to calculate the stand of planets.

Also one importantant subject is the maya callendar , it seems to be a verry accurate one.
It also seemed that the end of this maya calendar ends in either 2011 or 2012 , this calendar runs for around 25.000 or 2500 years ( sorry if i dont provide the correct figure's).

It is based on movement from the univers ,like now we are in aquarius age , and this calendar is based on that movement.

Maby some specialist can highlight this information better as me....
